Description

Still Light Duo is a set of two handcrafted stained glass pieces that form one harmonious whole... a quiet expression of Japandi balance and connection.
Each half measures 15 cm wide and 28 cm high, resting on slim solid brass rods. Placed close together, almost touching or slightly apart, they let light move softly between them.

Made from rough-rolled green and clear glass, each surface reflects and refracts daylight differently, creating a serene play of brightness and shadow throughout the day.
Together, the two halves create a minimalist composition — a calm dialogue between light, space, and stillness, inspired by Japanese simplicity and Scandinavian clarity.

• Technique: Tiffany soldering with real lead came

Each duo is handmade to order in the Netherlands.
Small variations in colour and texture make every piece unique.

To keep it luminous through time:
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid moisture, chemicals and harsh sunlight.
• Let it hang or rest where the light can move through it softly.

The metal may age and deepen in tone ... a living patina that tells its story.
